Our remodeled, City of Seattle Building Department approved, facility has provided low cost storage for thousands of clients. Streets on each side make our three floors accessible without needing an elevator or stairs. There is parking near all entrances and most lockers are nearby. If you choose our freight elevator, do so knowing the mechanics were fully rebuilt in 2002 and are professionally maintained and city inspected regularly. The customer must open and close the metal mesh elevator door gates. The third floor units are accessible by a rear street ramp or the elevator. The second floor units are accessible by ground level access from the higher rear street or the elevator.
We take security seriously. Surveillance cameras, monitored alarms and on-site managers have provided security for thousands of customers (and repeat-customers) since 1977.
